  A large Woolies, feels a bit old but still gets the job done. It's never too busy and easy to find a park. Doesn't take long to get served here either, even during busy periods.

  A very large Woolworth supermarket, very tired & very much in need of an update. Staff were good but as usual never enough checkouts open to accommodate the customers.

  The store was good, in that it was large and stocked a lot of supply, but boy was it dated. There isn't much love being put in here - they don't have any self service checkouts, and even had the store fittings I haven't seen in any Woolworths for over 5 years - this has gotta be the last and most neglected Woolworths store in Newcastle! That said, it was easy to get a park, had the stock that I needed, and would be great for anyone living in the area - but for everyone else, just go down the road to the Mayfield Woolworths instead.

  Customer service is terrible every time I go there, especially from the express lanes. The older female employees are too busy chatting amongst themselves to acknowledge you. It's just rude. Don't mind me ladies, I'll just stand here while you chat about your own personal business.
